Couldn't have wished for a better shopping/buying experience than what we had with South Hill RV and our salesman, Rich. Not only did we get everything we wanted in an RV (and a little more), but we paid thousands less than anywhere else. If you're in the market for a new RV, save your time (and money) and go see the amazing staff at South Hill RV!!!
We bought our Rockwood trailer from RNR RV in Liberty Lake (EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE) moved back to Seattle area & needed some extended warranty work done. Contacted South Hill RV & after nearly 3 weeks not hearing back, I FINALLY spoke with tech & they said "We don't cover/work on warranty issues unless purchased from our dearership"...I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!! They will NEVER get my future business & I am telling EVERYONE I know DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE!!!

I'm sorry you took it that way Brenda.. our policy is always take care of our cust first, we unfortunately turn away alot of buisiness, not only from folks like you guys but insurance jobs & so on.. We sell alot of trailers here, and sometimes apts this time of year are a couple few months out for our cust. So to put an outside job ahead of someone who bought here we do not do. My husband and I were very impressed with the staff and friendliness we received. We came here about 4 years ago when we first starting looking and Dell was our sales guy. He was still here and helped us make our purchase so easy. His sister was the Finance gal and she was fantastic!! I will definitely recommend South Hill RV to anyone we know looking to purchase.
