I will never buy from South Hill RV ever again They had my trailer 80% of time of me owning it for warranty problems on my slide out and my awning. I had to take it back multiple times and under Warranty, they never fixed the problem, and always told me they were busy or come back because they didn't have the time. Now my trailer is leaking and they tell me it's my problem. Poor customer service, I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the time, headache, and money and shop elsewhere.

We bought our trailer in May and have loved it ever since. We did have an issue with the electrical after four uses and brought it to the shop. The mechanic was great and fixed the issue in just a few days. All covered under warranty so we paid nothing out of pocket. Thank you, we have it back to make tons more memories!!
