Dr. Craven is a wonderful dentist however their billing system is no good. The customer service was also poor.

I highly recommend this office, such a great staff.
Everyone is friendly, likes to chat and I feel everyone is genuinely concerned with giving me the best dental health possible. I really like when they throw in reminders on proper tooth and mouth hygiene for between visits.
Anxious at the dentist? Me too. These lovely ladies helped me and never made me feel bad. I've had a great experience very time. I don't live close but I make the trip for the great service.
Excellent care... compassionate, caring, understanding and great with her tools of the trade... Super team. Actually looking forward to getting my teeth healthy again.
The best Dentist in Spokane. Dr. Craven is obviously in this field because she wants to help people. She has been my son and my dentist for years. I highly recommend her office for anybody that wants a great team to take care of their dental needs.
