Rich has always been great. As a property manager myself, I see everything. If I could give zero starts I would. This community is a disgrace to say they work hard for their residents. People of you’re looking to move here, be CAUTIOUS! I reported multiple times people not picking up their dog crap, nothing was done. The dog station was full all the time for those of us that did pick up their pet waste. Charging me for removing items from the garage that wasn’t mine. overall it’s a 0 star average now it’s hot and the air conditioning don’t work its the Worst place ever it’s been dangerously hot temperatures this past week, the air conditioner has not been working and I have been telling south haven about it since 7/1 it is now 7/5 and no one has yet come looked at my air. This past week we have had very hot temperatures outside and south haven did not care about my air while they had air.
This place charges an outrageous amount of money to live in apartments townhomes that are falling apart, breaking easily, the back door ain’t sealed properly so cold air flows into the kitchen during the winter, garbage disposal stinks when used, and in the townhomes the washer hookups are built to an outside wall so the washer freezes for days when the temperature gets below 0 ( wonder what Einstein built it that way) overall it’s a 1 maybe 2 star average now it’s hot and the air conditioning don’t work I will NOT be renewi... read more
