This place charges an outrageous amount of money to live in apartments townhomes that are falling apart, breaking easily, the back door ain’t sealed properly so cold air flows into the kitchen during the winter, garbage disposal stinks when used, and in the townhomes the washer hookups are built to an outside wall so the washer freezes for days when the temperature gets below 0 ( wonder what Einstein built it that way) overall it’s a 1 maybe 2 star average

We really wanted to enjoy living here but unfortunately we had 1. A gas leak AND carbon monoxide leak that was not handled until I actually called the gas company out & called the health department. Maintenance initially taped over the rusted out flutes & said they had to order parts to repair. Months went by and i kept calling, nothing had been done so i told them i would be calling the health department & they acted surprised when i did. Place is pretty nice and safe, been living here for 5 years. If you can get over the fact there’s a 50/50 chance your power is going to go out every single time it rains then you’ll love it.
