I love having my own house and nice little yard. The maintenance are usually friendly and management seems to attempt to handle issues. The crime rate don't seem like it's very high out here , as it's usually pretty quiet. But it is quite a distance to absolutely anything, especially if you don't have transportation. The bus does run out here but you must call the micro transit.
