Always a good experience. The entire staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I’m a little OCD about my car and truck, I keep vehicles for ten to twelve years. I appreciate how thorough they are with maintaining them.
i do not recommend South Hanover Automotive due to some shady things I found done to my SUV the last and final time i took it there. i had work done for inspection and it cost a couple grand then when the owner took it for a test drive he found about ten wires unhooked from there fuse box and after they were hooked back up things they said didn't. work finally work. That put a sour taste in my mouth towards them and I now found a way better garage closer. Also they do not post their hourly rate.
South Hanover Automotive are very professional. They are quick and accurate in trouble shooting. The employees will take you back in to the shop and they will show you the exact problem with your vehicle as i have experienced. I believe South Hanover Automotive priorities are 1. Customer Satisfaction, 2. Transparency in trouble shooting, 3. Quality Service. 2. Transparency
I had a screw in my tire & South Hanover Automotive Tire Pro’s accommodated me in the repair with a drop in visit. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and free coffee! Highly recommended!
