Great customer service I was interested in the 2 bedroom, the interaction was amazing over the phone, I spoke to Lotticia over the phone to schedule a tour she was very professional, nice, and informative. Everyone was very polite and professional. DK stood up and greet me walking into the office. I was also greet by the property manager Monita. I was given alot of resourceful information. I will definitely make this community my home.

Do not move here Do not move here unless you have no expectations or rarely ever going be home. The staff is terrible and never have answers. They don't answer phones or return calls. They say the leasing office is open but no one answers the door or its always locked, especially on Saturdays which is my only free day as Monday-Friday I have to work to pay rent. The leasing office opens when people are at work and closes when people are at work or stuck in traffic, so you actually will never be able to speak with anyone. The... read more

Poor service Absolutely trash. This is my first time applying to an apartment, and I used mom's name and her income(she was going to pay it.) and they called me saying how they had to cancel my application because I'm supposed to apply as if my mom and I are going to living there. I then asked if I would get my money back and they then said no and how I would have to reapply after 30 days.

What a headache I have lived here for almost a year and it’s always something with this complex. The office rarely answers your calls, trash is always piled up, loose stray animals terrorizing the residents, maintenance requests are not being completed and they don’t even have an emergency maintenance number. My a/c is out and I PROBABLY won’t get ahold of someone until Monday.

Great office staff. Mrs. Brittani did a wonderful job! She was polite and easy to work with. She constantly stayed in contact with me to ensure I had everything I needed. She broke everything down and made it easy to complete my application process. She was down to earth and honest. She never got upset when I called (sometimes back to back) asking questions if I didn't understand something. She politely explained it to me. Tour I put 4 star because I did have trouble getting someone on the phone but a lovely young lady by the name of brittany actually called back and gave me all the info I needed

Office Staff and Community I had the pleasure of touring with Brittany. She was kind over the phone and kind in person. She was knowledgeable and experienced. Everyone and everything felt like home. The office staff are friendly. The community is kid friendly. The unit shown was beautiful!

Poor Quality, Expensive Rate They switched my move in date &’ the rent from what I signed a quote to agree to pay every month. At the time of signing lease I was given a different rent amount, charged for things that should already be included in rent and charged for things that I don’t even use. I have to constantly talk to property management to get maintenance to fix things but maintenance is too lazy to fix things properly. Horrible property to call a home. waste of time The staff is extremely rude. You call it will always go to voicemail. Then really don’t call you back. The gate is always broken. Quality is terrible
