The person working in the office works very hard, is interrupted all day, and is in a difficult role. Enforcing HOA rules brings out unnecessary anger, angst, and venom from usually, "nice people." The facility is older, small, and not modern. However, it seems to meet most residents' needs and is well maintained. The layout is easy to find and use. Very friendly staff and helpful. I needed space fir a gathering and they were very accommodating. A very enjoyable playground for my great grandson. He had a great time on the slides and jungle gym as well as the swing.

We came here as a visiting team and my kids don't want to come back next year and we're screamed and yelled at by a South Hampton parent or coach for using the outdoor shower to fill their caps with water. When I explained to her they are not playing and I asked them to fill their caps, she turned and yelled at me citing that we were breaking league rules that we signed, although that is not a cited rule.
