Best vet experiences I've had for my fur babies. Dr. is always thoughtful and respectful of me and my animals. I very much appreciate his patience with his patients, not rushing us through an appointment.
After years of going to chain vet clinics in different areas, we gave South Grand Vet Clinic a try. We have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Rush and his staff over the past few years. He helped us through a difficult diagnosis with our first dog, and took the best care of her until the end. His honesty regarding medications, vaccines, etc. is refreshing and very much appreciated. I can't say enough about Dr. Rush and all of the staff. Same day appointment for my new puppy. They took so much time with her, it was obvious how much they all cared! AND it was very affordable. I'm so happy to have found a compassion veterinarian's office!
This was our first vet visit since moving to Spokane from Seattle. From the receptionist Rosalie, to the vet assistant and then Dr. Rush, they were all professional and took great care of Kuma. We were impressed with the amount of time they took to make sure Kuma was as calmed down as possible before moving forward with treatment. Would highly recommend the clinic!
Dr. Rush and assistant stayed over an hour after closing on a Friday night, to get my cat's medicine regulated prior to the weekend. This isn't the first time Dr. Rush has gone above and beyond - he also dropped off meds at my house, after hours. :-)
