RecommendedI recently took my dog here due to some odd/lethargic behavior. Dr. Rush was absolutely incredible. Very thorough, informative & clearly compassionate. I am so happy to have found an amazing vet. His staff is also great to work with! Thank you for taking such good care of my boy!
I had a great appointment for the dog today. At least that’s what he told me. All interaction was done over the phone. They came out to the car for my dog and had no problem with him. And then brought him back out when he was done. Very friendly staff!!
If you want a vet who actually cares for your pet like their own, I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Rush and the whole staff are amazing, twice this month they’ve taken my pets in last minute no questions asked. They’re quick and helpful, even when they’re busy. They truly want the best for your babies. FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ love this place!!
Took my dog to their clinic initial visit was great very informative in regards to what my dog was dealing with. I was asked to check back in a couple days later as my dog was dying. I had to call multiple times a day and no returned call. One of the times I called I was informed “yes we know you are on his radar” also spoke to a tech who asked me questions that had nothing to do w/my dog’s diagnosis or symptoms. We love Dr. Rush, Rosalie, Hannah, and all the staff. Our dogs and cat are happy and healthy, and our dogs well cared for as they ascend into deeper stages of senior life. From well-care checks to referring our dog when she had a rare eye disorder to the right specialist, Dr. Rush is on top of it—as well as caring and honest about any concerns. ❤️❤️❤️
Great staff and very compassionate
I took my dog Moose in to treat an ear infection. I was a first time customer and they still got me in within a day or two after calling. Decent pricing to get treated and Moose is very happy and healthy now! they even sent a welcome ecard via email and a card via real mail wishing Moose the best recovery. Wonderful customer service!
Dr. Rush and staff have provided excellent care to our pets for years. I would recommend South Grand to anyone looking for a vet.
