I have to say The staff here keep it clean and quiet glad to call it our Home!
The staff is incompetent. They've treated myself and other's I know badly when trying to move in (like lesser citizens). Resident issues are not handled appropriately or in a timely manner (sometimes not at all). Pecan Grove is not some magical safe haven bubble. This place definitely needs work on their staff and incompetent maintenance staff.
I've never met such a beautiful staff in my life!!!!! They have been taking such good care of me and the people I love for years!! They are constantly bettering the community, and the lives of the people that surround us by making sure our lives are on point with the things around us. Thank you South Grand for everything you do for us, definitely a place to enjoy your life!!!!!!!
All of the staff I have dealt with are super friendly.
The office staff are good. The grounds crew are loud and sit around talking too loud on breaks. I work nights, so that is really annoying when I'm trying to sleep.
