I am a veteran and have been seeing Dr Ross in dougls office for about five years and his is great.untill this year,I have had no problem with.the people at the frount desk.ever year I have to have them to send the VA a request for additional visit and they had been doing this for me at the douglas office.I was told they could not do that for me anymore.for three or four weeks I started calling and all I could get is some kind of answer service they have hired and they don't know doodle squat.I have had to drive over fifty m... read more
