We have used SGMC for over 30 years me my mother and father . My husband has also had several surgeries there. He was in there in April 2015 . He was severely bleeding from his nose. Er was wonderful he was there 6 days. Had to have emergency surgery at 4:30 am. The doctors and nurses were great will always recommend SGMC
My wife was having severe abdomen pain and could barely stand, with tears running down her cheeks we've currently been waiting in the ER for 4 hours, and they're not busy at all.
Not even worth a one star rating I am pregnant patient with several complications I have been in the ER for 7.5 hrs and still have not been seen If my Dr didn't insist on me waiting it out I would not have waited this long. I will no longer allow sgmc to provide services to me or anyone in my family we will take the extra milage and go to tift regional medical center. As well as I will be transferring Dr's to the Tifton area.
Absolute trash,my fiancé has been there for 8 hours now,haven't been diagnosed or talked to. She waited two hours before she was even seen. It's highly unacceptable and they should be investigated!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ER EVER!!!!! Sat down in the lobby at 7:35pm because my 13 month old had 104 fever, a rash, and difficult breathing so much so that her lips & tounge were purple. We are currently still in the lobby "waiting for a room" now, which is 10:25pm. Everyone with a common cold had been seen before us, those here before us have been called back & discharged (witnessed them walking out) but for some reason we are still in the lobby while my daughter burns up and still struggles to breath. The sheets were blood stained, gross. I let the ER know as soon as she entered the room, she looked at them and said they are stained but it's alright. Um alright for who?
