Wow! customer service here is top notch. Ceasar was very good at explaining all my shipping options, UPS, FedEx, Post Office. These were urgent Loan Documents that needed to be notarized, copied and overnighted. This is a one stop shop, Lupe explained and handled my loan document signing smoothly. My documents arrived on time at 10:30am as expected, they even called me to inform me who signed for my envelope. He gave me 10% discount on UPS Overnight. Ordered collectible item from E-Bay. Seller thought they were using a reputable shipper with South Gate Pack N Ship. Cheapest packaging job I have ever seen. Plastic over wrap of original box. No outer box and no padding. Item arrived horribly crushed and damaged. Thankfully, their label reminds you to like them on facebook.
