RecommendedBrought my dog in for a check up here with follow ups. They don’t discriminate against pit bulls which is nice most people act scared but my dog loves the workers here! The staff is cool, but the main vet isn’t the greatest at communicating. I had to ask so many questions to clarify things but the staff ended up helping me out the most. I have taken my dogs to South Gate Dog & Cat for probably 20 years. The staff is always excellent and the vets and vet assistants are always full of courtesy and knowledge. I thank them for their outstanding care of my loved ones and their medical help.
This place put constant pressure on me to have my dog neutered everytime I brought him in for something,,he's approx 12 yrs and he will live a longer and healthier life from what the staff told me ,,, he died with in a month 1/2 ,, he got an urinal infection then died 3 days from leavin this facility,, with an A OK from the doc,,, he's healthy don't need to come back ,, that's what the doc said ,, his name was shorty a dauschound,, oh and this place says $ergery right away,,,, I brought in another dog two years back,,, there... read more
I took my babies there for anything and always the best service from them. Doctors, nurses and receptionist are very friendly.
They were awesome with my lil olaf. They answered any questions we had. N we had alot
