Out thermostat started to malfunction last week Alan M immediately assessed it needed to be replaced. Tyler sourced a replacement and Al installed the very next day - today. He was courteous and professional. He walked me through what he was doing, verified the new thermostat was working perfectly, and made sure I fully understood how to set the new unit. Thanks guys!!
