Nobody EVER answers the phone. I have been trying to call to get my prescription and no matter how many times I call I still get no response. I then try to leave a voice message and it tells me their box is full so I cannot even do that. I do not live close and work 12 hours so I cannot afford to go on week days. The least someone can do there is ANSWER THE PHONE. I’ve called more than a million times. Absolutely awful.

Never go here! The service was awful, and the glasses didn't work. The prescription they gave me was far away from what I usually receive from other optometrist, and when the glasses came out, as expected, I was not able to see with them.
Awful awful awful! They guarantee your glasses will be done in 2 weeks but its more like 8 weeks. By the time we FINALLY received them they didnt want to add a discount. They ended up giving us a 10% discount but jokes on us because the prescription of the glasses were wrong! Is this place being ran by professionals? We already paid and NEED our glasses but its like this is a practice facility for students from how bad the service and product has been. STAY AWAY!
