READ THE REVIEWS; EVERY ONE IS TRUE WITH 1 OR LESS STARS. I love the Dr Diana, she is great, and the only reason I returned, But This is my reason for NEVER GOING BACK! Very bad customer service from rude staff who talks behind your backs through the thin partitions and everyone can hear that they are frustrated with their job. They should all just quit. Do not go to the Corral.

The moment you walk into this ugly, cramped office or CORRAL you know it's bad. The front staff consisting of 4 women all grumpy and overworked. Phones ringing off the hook, and when answered they act frustrated and complain out loud thinking no one notices or hear them. The Manager runs around like a chicken without a head, speaks really fast and when you don't understand something she blames it on you and even says "don't you speak English?". I made an appointment for contact lens fitting when I got there I verified about the desk I've been there in the past for my contacts. When I got into the doctor's office, he told me it was for eyeglasses only and I'd have to make another appointment for contact fitting. I advised him I wasn't there for glasses I needed contacts. The doctor was very rude and told me I was getting glasses. He advised me to get out and go talk to the front desk. I spoke to the tenant at the front desk.
