The staff is courteous and very pleasant to deal with. My exam was very thorough, and I felt like the doctor really cared about me. I wasn't pressured into buying more options then I needed or wanted. When my glassed were ready, about a week later, they were exactly what I ordered. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I definately recommend this business to others.
The only reason I give this business one star is because in past years they were a decent business. In the past two years they have apparently changed staff and there is nothing nice that I can say about them. I had problems with them last year and thought twice about using them again this year but figured maybe they were just having a bad day when we visited last year.
