I agree with the fact it takes a bit to get your prescription but the doctor who gave me my exam was so very patient and took her time . Best exam I ever had . I will return just ill be prepared to wait but as long as I still get to see Doc. Ashley I know ill be getting a quality exam
Will never return to use their services, not only do they not respond to phone calls, messages, or fax; they insult their clients. I questioned a hispanic woman, tall, blond hair, which her desk on Tuesday was by the entrance, WHY the lack of communication, her response was, "that's what you get with insurance." This place is HORRIBLE!!! I am 6 months pregnant ...went in for basic glasses. I have Medicaid so everything should have been covered. They did a contact lense exam without asking me if I wanted to pay the additional cost for that particular exam that was not covered by my insurance. At the end of the exam they tried collecting the contact lense fitting fee which I did NOT ask for. Awful place, they don't call you make you wait forever. Front staff is unprofessional disorganized never called to say my glasses were ready heard the same complaints in the waiting room
Very slow for everything. Getting glasses, answering the phone. Will not go back there, my time is precious.
Will go elsewhere next time. The tried giving me expired contacts once, and when I tried to ask questions via the phone they said they're too busy and that I had to come in. Friendly eye doctor, but I didn't have confidence that I was getting the best care.
The staff is courteous and very pleasant to deal with. My exam was very thorough, and I felt like the doctor really cared about me. I wasn't pressured into buying more options then I needed or wanted. When my glassed were ready, about a week later, they were exactly what I ordered. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I definately recommend this business to others.
The only reason I give this business one star is because in past years they were a decent business. In the past two years they have apparently changed staff and there is nothing nice that I can say about them. I had problems with them last year and thought twice about using them again this year but figured maybe they were just having a bad day when we visited last year. Lens popped out of frame after hours of receiving replacement. Being 08/31/2007 Friday after 5:00PM and not open 'till Tues, I visited a different optical place next day, I'm told the replacement lenses look like they were jammed on to the replaced frames, and needed to be ground down in order to fit properly. The tension will cause the lenses to continue to eject. Fortunately, I saved a pair of glasses from years past. This complaint originated from peeled frames.
