I refrained from leaving a review after my initial visit because I wanted to give this office the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my experience has only confirmed that this establishment is severely lacking in professionalism. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM. If I could give negative stars I would. Extremely unprofessional staff. I was told the office is closed during office hours because only one staff member is present and she needed to take lunch. However she then explains she and the other staff need to take lunch. It doesn’t make sense. I truly believe they lie to manipulate their own day and needs. Listen to the reviews go somewhere else!!!
The WORST, in customer service. They only 1 person in the office, all I wanted to do is drop off my glasses during lunch break!! NEVER AGAIN
I’m extremely frustrated with my husband recent experience at this vision center. He picked up one pair of glasses and paid $200 out of pocket. While he was there, he dropped off another pair to be worked on. A few weeks later, he received a call saying his glasses were broken by them. When he went in person to ask for a refund or at least his lenses back, he was told they couldn’t give him his money back. On April 22nd. I dropped a pair of glasses off to have the lenses replaced. On April 30th, I received a call informing me that the lab had broken my glasses. During this call, I was further informed that I would receive neither compensation nor a refund due to a waiver I allegedly signed acknowledging this risk. The refund I was asking for was for the lenses I paid for not for the glasses I provided for the lenses. I never requested a refund for the glasses or a replacement pair.
