I went there because my regular vision place no longer takes my insurance for glasses. I have to say they were very nice. However, I wish I had not wasted my time and money. I chose frames and told they would call me in 2 weeks. I have double vision so my lenses have prisms in them. They called me after two weeks and told me I would have to return and pick different frames as the ones I had chosen would not work with prisms. I don't know how they screwed up my contact lens prescription. My left lens was fitted so poorly it was sitting way up on my eyeball. I've worn these before. The tech, bless her heart, was not really familiar with the total process. It was obvious. And that particular day the doctor was "in", and by that I mean via televisit ONLY. And it was packed, therefore, with a room full of patients getting their eyes dilated.
