Wonderful customer service, Dr ONeil is the best!
My husband had a horrible accident and ended up with 2nd degree burns. As an experienced RN, I am pretty selective with my family’s doctors. To complicate things, my husband also has other chronic medical issues and takes immunosuppressants, so I wanted to make sure he had the best doctors for his recovery. The entire team - from the surgeons to the office staff - provide excellent medical care and outstanding service to their patients and the family members of the patients - a true rarity in today’s age of “managed health care” that sadly puts the focus on efficient billing, instead of treatment and compassion.
