First of all the two girls at the front desk we're very polite and very efficient they informed me ahead of time that there would be a wait, which is something I've never heard of in a doctor's office, to be told ahead of time, to tell you the truth! When I finally saw the doctor, Dr Schwartz, he was so nice and caring. He didn't try to sell me expensive laser treatments or anything else he just gave me a good understanding of my situation, treated me and then I left.
