Someone needs to fire the lady from scheduling department, my wife called to change an appointment and she insulted her and hanged up on her. Had a full on attack because she refused to change it for her
I was scheduled for a 2nd trimester fetal anatomy scan yesterday at this center and I would like to thank the sonographer, she was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable.
This review is for the Hialeah office. This is my third visit and each time I have waited over 45 minutes to be called in for my ultrasound. They tell you arrive at a certain time just to wait and wait. No respect for your time.
I don’t know what’s going on with the front staff why they are not friendly and they don’t smile when you work with a public. * North Shore Office. South Miami office and Hialeah office are wonderful!!! It’s important that you’re nice and greeting people making them feel welcome. Technicians are wonderful. I hope you guys read this and change your attitudes. Keep positive!!! & if you don’t like your job, find a different place they’ll make you happy.
If I could give them no stars I would. Arrived at 2:30 at my appointment time sat for 2 hours until I was called in. Patients that arrived after me were let in first because they had an earlier appointment time mind you they have a strict 15 minutes late policy time for who ever they want to apply it to. Then she has the audacity to say I need to keep waiting. So for future appointments I’ll just arrive an hour late how other patients do
