The staff here stinks and I will never be back. I cannot wear a mask for medical reasons - my doctor even wrote a letter for me to explain why I can't wear a mask. I called the day before my appointment to see if no mask would be a problem and they said no and to bring my letter. When I arrived for my appointment, I handed them my letter. I would not believe any good reviews about this place. Their may be some individuals that are excellent there, but I haven't had that pleasure. I was reluctant to write this rating, as my wife is still under their care, if you can call it that. My wife broke her left heal and hurt her right foot. The hospital gave her a prescription for a couple days worth of pain meds and her primary care doctor set her up with an appointment with Dr. Romano. I'm writing this review for Dr Conley's triage nurse Jen is her name. She is above and beyond an outstanding as she takes on the responsibilities of her job. She is knowledgeable she's kind and presents herself extremely professional. she gets back to you promptly which is outstanding. Her knowledge is comforting and outstanding. She is a true asset to your office. She delivers her messages with compassion understanding and knowledge and that is amazing and awesome. A great shout out to a great employee.
