I saw Dr. Zilberman for heel pain that had lasted several months, and I’m very glad I chose him. He’s an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring doctor who takes the time to explain everything clearly and offer several treatment options. His staff and receptionist are also polite, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate the outstanding care I received and highly recommend Dr. Zilberman.

The people are very nice, but sadly, I ordered custom orthotics, was told 4 weeks in production and it's been 9+ weeks. I've had to call numerous times daily to even get a response for an update. That was last week after leaving 4 messages--the update was the orthotics would be in "early next week" - Its Wednesday--and now they are just dodging my phone calls entirely. $500 and 9 weeks later to make custom orthotics? Sadly, I'd go elsewhere. It looks like I'll have to dispute w my credit card to get my money back.
