This practice should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, as a long time patient, I had to go to the ER and I had to schedule a follow up with them and they told me they were too booked and wouldn’t be able to attend to me! After suffering a medical emergency they were too busy to attend to a long time patient. Absolutely sick! You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
My friend has severe blood pressure issues and a torn meniscus. We came here for her to be treated after the doctor cancelled on her 3 times. After pulling teeth we were agreed to be seen the friday before labor day because the appointment on the following tuesday was cancelled because of what the front desk called a "Planned Emergency". Doctors are ok but the personal working there are really a mess they don’t know how to answer a call they inactive you to the system for no reason. Sorry about Dr Loredo. Please choose your personal or will lost everything you have done
