The office is not consistent with Doctor practice, this office took a week to call to schedule a procedure, noone calls to follow up with pre ops procedure, and then is timae for procedure your unprepared and they want you to reschedule, like its a cosmetic surgery, not caring you are requesting this procedure because something is wrong or in pain. This is my experience with this office
Dr.Cavell is an excellent Dr. I just moved here and was getting sicker by the day. I had upper and lower gi. That was all good but she followed up with me to make sure I didn't fall thru the cracks. Especially with the covid virus going on. Referred me to see another Dr and called him to get me in asap. I did go see him right away and found out after a couple more test what I have. Dr. Cavell is my new Gastro since I moved from NJ. I felt very comfortable with her and she answered all my questions.
Dr. Cavell has long suffered with poor staff support, reach out by phone? Good luck. Come to the office. If your 15 minutes late you may be charged No wi-fi No checks accepted. At a doctors office! ....... yet Dr. Cavell is a good doc
Be aware that Dr. Cavell charges (2019) $350 to talk to her to ask a question/appt. So, if you don't have any serious problem and just want to ask a question...prepare to pay this exorbitant fee. Also, I called billing 5 times during the day and you get a recording. You never get a call back. I called Customer Service to ask them to please tell me what was billed to insurance company and they transferred me 3 times and then again and was put on hold.
