Office staff never notified me that my orthopedic inserts were ready and started billing me for them when I hadn't received them. All attempts to contact the office either result in being hung up on or an indefinite hold. This is the most inept doctor's office I have experienced in a long time! The receptionist lied and said she tried to call me several times. I have no missed calls or voicemails from their office.
