i am very upset with South Florida eye in Costco, with my insurance i have a $10 copay for eye exam south Florida eye does a mandatory Retinal Imaging scan, and most insurance do not cover at all, and this optometrist does not tell you it is extra $, that insurance will not pay, i ended paying $30 extra unwanted dollars that i would never have consented to if i have known upfront ! i feel mislead and taken advantage of. beware.
Dr Scherle was patient, kind, calm, and very professional. He reminded me to take better care of my eyes, without making me feel berated, and he happily and patiently answered all of my questions.
The doctor and office staff made me feel very comfortable. Very clean work place. Felt like I was part of the family
