Rude and unprofessional management. Building is infested with roaches, ceiling has collapsed due to water damage twice, property manager is rude and unprofessional when contacted about any problems and it takes a miracle to get a call back when there are any issues.
Worst property management I've ever had to deal with. Maintenance is non excisting, have holes and cracks in my walls and ceilings. Was told that's normal. Stucko patches with bubbles, no re painting like promised. Only 2 washer and dryer for about 20 units and there always broken/dirty/rusted. Grounds aren't kept well.Broken screens on porches. Walls are cardboard, can hear neighbors constantly. Drug use at pool area. I asked for some things to be fixed and a week later my rent increased with no repairs or updates. All thes... read more
