had a great cleaning today, Cindy is wonderful. Office staff is, too. I never dreaded going to the dental office!

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. However, Dr. Thomas is amazing. He is gentle and actually hears my fears and addresses them. The front office staff is wonderful and I cannot say enough about their hygienists. Overall, just a great place to go for treatment.

I switched to Eugene Family Dental a little over one year ago. Since the beginning, I've been exceptionally pleased with their service. Dr. Ben and the entire staff treat you with the utmost respect. They listen carefully to your concerns, they discuss options with you, they are non-judgmental and they provide treatment that is as pain-free as possible. I am a nervous, gum sensitive, anxious dental patient at the best of times. However, all the folks working at Eugene Family Dental put me at my ease and make me relaxed (with sunglasses and scenic movies too) and pain free.

I don't "love" going to the dentist, but the staff make it so much easier. I like the small office which is tasteful and comfortable. I never feel like the office/dentist upcharges me or tries to get me to have something that isn't needed. I feel they are very honest and upfront while giving great care.

I’ve been going to Eugene Family Dental for over 20 years, since it was Dr. Sarett’s practice in downtown Eugene. Despite changes in practitioners, locations, and name, it remains a friendly and extremely competent group of professionals. Highly recommended!
