This is a story of how not to run a company. I have been a client of South End Heating and Air for some time, and a huge fan of the previous management. The situation appears to have changed, and as a result, I have pulled my 5 star review. Since the change in management, the customer service level has dropped like a rock, and it has been nearly impossible to get through to them on the numerous phone numbers that seem to constantly change on the website. Tyler was superb and the nicest guy. Immediately upon looking at my hot water heater, he knew what the issue was and fixed it. He was honest and didnt charge me any fee. My go to plumber forever. Thank you Tyler!
Had a stopped up drain outside and South End handled the problem. The guy was efficient and a hard worker. Courteous and did a great job. Im well pleased with the work and would recommend South End to other people.
Mark came out quickly diagnosed the issue another plumber failed to resolve and did the job on the spot at a more than fair price. I would recommend South End to anyone with an issue quality se4vice that won't try to just up-sell you like some other places
