I'm happy to leave a second rave review for Southend just to let consumers know that are consistently the guys you should call. Within 24 hours of our problem Mark was here and had the plumbing issue fixed. You know when a serviceman shows up and exudes the professional, capable air of "I got this for you"...well, that was Mark. Great work, fair price and responsive service. Don't call anyone else.

Sam was very professional & friendly. He was here within 2 hours of me calling. That was not expected. Most repairmen can't get to you ASAP. I appreciate him explaining things & letting me know the best route to take for repairs.

I would never recommend this company. They charged an outrageous $350 for less than 30 minutes of work to replace a garbage disposal. Not only was the price excessive, but they failed to complete the job properly—the disposal wasn’t even fully hooked up because they claimed they aren’t permitted to do electrical work. To make matters worse, they never contacted me (the property owner) or provided a quote before starting the work. Taylor came out to take a look at our plumbing issue and was extremely professional and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on and gave us straightforward advice without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. We really appreciated his transparency and expertise. We’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs!
