We had an issue with the tankless hot water taking a long time to get hot and low water pressure. Stan the Man came out and troubleshooted a bunch of different possibilities. After multiple conversations with the Navien reps he came up with the fix! The filters were completely jammed up with sediment and the recirculation wasn’t recirculating. Demetri, is the man, I recently had an issue with my HVAC unit, I have called another company, first mistake. Than called southend heating and air, same day, demetri came and solved everything. I love it. I am never using any other company here in charlotte. Southend is the one to go.
Paul and the rest of the team at Southend did a solid job on my bonus room finish. We had to run all new plumbing for a sink, dishwasher and ice machine. That plumbing had to somehow get tied in to the existing plumbing. They were able to explore several options and found a way to not have to cut drywall inside the house (made my wife happy). A very nice gentleman named Paul came to my home and went the extra mile. How?
