The office staff(Julie) was very pleasant, scheduling was prompt and accommodating, Frank was very personable and efficient, but JAMES MAPLES is very dishonest!! Since he was not up-front about our bill, he had stated that to "make it right" he would tear up our check and resend our corrected invoice for me to pay. Exceptional service! Quallin came out on a Saturday after a lightning strike surged through our home. He was timely, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease. He assessed the situation and provided honest expert opinion on next steps for electrical repair and panel upgrade. Can’t say enough good things about this guy.
