I filled out the contract with Mark, made the deposit and never heard another word, that was a year and a half ago, I have tried many times to get help from them, my last e mail reply was two words, " I'll try". We have been in contact with the manufacturer and they will at least talk to us. At this point my lawyer is filing with the local D.A for Deceptive Trade Practices and Obtaining Property by False pretense. Horrible, Horrible service. Ordered a trailer, paid a deposit and they missed the delivery by 60 days. When they did deliver the trailer was missing screws in the siding, had siding with bubbles seperating and the door spring lifted a 180 lb man off the ground. Poor workmanship. Then they want to keep my deposit. Horrible experience
