The entire staff from the front desk to the pre-op, surgery and post op team were outstanding. And Dr Murken from Panorama was awesome as well.
I've had 3 procedure here. The staff is very friendly every time.
My medical procedure was great -- everyone was very helpful and the procedure really reduced my pain. However I'm having the same issues with billing that everyone else is. I can't get an itemized bill sent to me. I'm early in so I'll have to see how the other charges go. I was quite shocked to see what they billed my insurance as this was not a surgery -- just an injection. I've gotten several different phone numbers for people in billing and never can reach anyone in person. I would probably not go here again.
From the moment I showed up to the moment I left, the care I received for my foot surgery was fantastic. The nurses were incredibly caring and competent, the safety protocols were impressive, and everything ran smoothly and on schedule. I was anxious and they were very accommodating. They turned a scary situation into no big deal. The co-pay was high. I paid another $1250 although I only have $840 left on my insurance deductible plan. We’ll see what happens next here. Great surgical care. Unfortunately as others before me have said, TERRIBLE billing! We made our co-pay on date of service. But 5 months later, after numerous phone calls, & a certified return-receipt letter, no resolution! Let’s not even count the time we spent trying to resolve. Having used South Denver Surgery happily for years, we are NEVER going back.
