Waited 6 weeks for a scheduled scan. Did required blood tests at the facility. Arrived day of scan to be informed technician didn't show up and would need to reschedule. They still charged me for blood tests and nurse visit. Their communication has much to be desired and being a customer that was paying out-of-pocket almost a $1,000.00 can attest they're not very patient focused.
Very professional, caring, attentive and compassionate. We needed our Dr to be patient when waiting on responses and he was! Thank you.
Dr Zheng and his staff are amazing. I highly recommend Dr Zheng!
