I have been coming to the Y for 20 years. I take classes or work out on my own. My husband recently started with a trainer. He has been with Eduardo Salvatierra and within 3 months there are already very positive FACTS about his health that has improved. Cholesterol, mobility, posture, balance and an increase in muscle mass. Eduardo is VERY knowledgeable about exercise, nutrition and also what is needed to improve overall function and health. Thank you, thank you, and thank you Eduardo and YMCA!
Excellent gym! The facilities are always spotless, clean, organized, and very well maintained, which makes a huge difference and reflects the level of care and professionalism of the entire facility.
