Great service by Rosa and JuanCarlos. We were charged for only what we needed and nothing more. Explained everything we needed service wise and what we didn't need.
My God, horrific experience. Beware of the people at this dealership. I've never been disrespected in this way. One of the "sales managers" named Enrique Brito (really bad manners, cheap suit, terrible teeth and horrible breath) has no regard for customer service. Internet Sales Rep by the name of Yanelis promised and verified 3 times over the phone before showing up to the dealership a price of 36,500. When I showed up Mr. Brito would not honor it. I really don't understand how toyota let guys like these ruin their brand. I went to this dealership to get a used car, and they tried to sell me a different one, because 'they wouldn't be able to get me financing for the other one', I actually reconsidered it and bought the car they recommended, and drove away. A week later, the sales man called me and told me I had to visit the dealership again to discuss some changes to the agreement. They wanted me to raise the down payment amount, and my interest rate had increased as w... read more
My experience with this dealer was great... Except they knowingly sold me a car with A/C problems without telling me!!!! The A/C on the car I bought a few days ago from South Dade Toyota doesn't work when you first start the car. Knowing this now, it makes sense why the sales guy drove the car to "clean the windows" and "get a forgotten floor mat" before I got in the car for a test drive and when leaving the dealership.
