the lady at the front desk made me pay when i didn’t even see a provider. i had to call billing to get a refund. she needs to be fired she has a very nasty attitude also

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the front desk staff at this location. While my experience with the medical team (the doctor and nurse) was excellent, the reception experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic compassion. The Situation: I was extremely ill, dealing with a severe throat infection and exhaustion.
