I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the front desk staff at this location. While my experience with the medical team (the doctor and nurse) was excellent, the reception experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked basic compassion. The Situation: I was extremely ill, dealing with a severe throat infection and exhaustion. Wow, just wow. The disrespect, disorganization, lack of concern for patients, and not having a Dr. Near the area? How is this place even running?! Even, the head nurse doesn't even know her job! And forget about having any concerning questions, you will just get interrupted and pretty much looked at like your incompetent. I swear I have more medical background understanding in my one pinky, then the entire employee staff at this establishment.
The worst medical center that could exist. I went 5 days without insulin because they didn’t know how to send the referral to the insurance—a nightmare. And when they finally sent the referral, they cut my insulin dose in half, so when I went to get the refill, a medication that should be refilled monthly, they put it as every 3.
