Premiere dental is one of the most organized dentist office that I ever visited. All the staff there is very professional and friendly. They set up appointment to fit my busy schedule, they have excellent follow up system to remind me for my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted very genuinely by their friend receptionist, the wait time is very reasonable. The dentist was very thorough during examination. The South Dade Dental Group in Pinecrest is great -- my family and I get our dental cleanings and Invisalign done at this office. Alex Rubio is the best dental hygienist I have had! He is skilled, kind and patient. I do not feel any pain, which other hygienists have caused me when they are too rough. He is professional, polite and very thorough when it comes to cleaning your teeth properly. Beautiful location in a great area, but most importantly the customer service was impeccable I rate this beautiful Team a 5⭐️ very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you have. I have been to countless dental offices but this one is thee absolute best Ivelisse is amazing she’s so gentle yet so amazing at her craft, she treats me like her daughter when i leave i can’t wait to go back! And Idalia the office manager is a sweet heart and so attentive and professional she keeps the office running so smooth and is always on top of her patients needs and office staff. The doctors are beyond amazing and all staff is incredibly sweet!!
A great dental office. Great staff, caring and attentative to your needs. You go in, get your work get smiles, and done. Location and the office manager Paola are stellar as well. Had my periodontal cleaning done by Ivelisse and it was superb! She really did a wonderful job at the deep cleanse and I've done them at top specialists whom haven't come close to this! Highly recommend Evelisse and doctor O. for proper dental maintenance!
