This place has gotten worse over the years! Although the lines were always long, it used to move faster. Not sure what happened but the people that work there now are the slowest with no sense of urgency. How do you have only 3 people working for such a busy location??? You have to even wait in line to even ask a question. Don’t bother coming here … expect to wait over an hour. Everybody was miserable!

Called earlier to make sure to know exactly what I needed so I wouldn’t wait long in line. Get there they said I was missing a fax number to make a transfer while I was getting it they said I would have to wait in line to get the number so an hour wait turned in to a two hour wait. Really disappointed.
