Horrible experience. One line called fast track for disabled, But was nothing but fast. Five windows servicing, One just for disabled. More than 20 people were served on the regular line while I wait next on the fast track. What a waste of productivity.

Staff was really helpful and line wasn't as long as usual on Tuesday. 2 lines are available. 1 for tag renewals etc and the other for tag surrender and disability placards issuing.
