Estuve desde las 6 am esperando hasta las nueve y cuando abrieron la puerta por llegar en ese momento que estaba en el carro cogiendo un documento la mujer que atiende la fila me dijo que tenía que hacer la fila de nuevo, teniendo toda la fila de testigo, no sé la recomiendo a nadie, eso es falta de respeto hacia la población, tuve que hacer el 30 en la fila.
2 hour wait minimum, snarky staff and a general refusal to try and improve conditions despite years of ineptitude and long lines. The people of south dade deserve better.
