RecommendedI literally put the lives of my six animals in their hands, and I have never been disappointed. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are very thorough when there is a medical issue. I've even boarded my dogs there. Their indoor/outdoor kennels made me feel comfortable leaving the dogs for a week while traveling.
My pup used to absolutely hate vets and would do anything in his power to stay away from them (Growl, try to bite etc) but everyone was very nice, the ladies up front the first few visits when my pup was very nervous and started growling they let us wait in a room instead of the waiting room. Fast forward to the last time we went for some shots and he didn’t growl or try to bite. If your pet can start to like a vet I think that says a lot about the place.
Horrible place, stay away. Tell you on the phone you need one thing and then you get there and guilt you into doing for so many others. And on top of that you wait an incredible amount of time. Not worth it.
The Staff and Dr. Wegner were very compassionate today when we had to put down our 17 yr old cat River. We knew she wasn’t doing good when we took her in but didn’t realize it was as bad as it was. They let us take our time saying goodbye and explained everything that was going on. Once she passed on, they let us stay in the room as long as we needed until we were ready to leave. I can’t thank everyone enough for the compassion they showed us.
After a year of not knowing what to do about my 13 year old chihuahua/rat terrier’s elevated liver values we made the switch to South Creek. They diagnosed her problem and immediately got her on the proper medication. They are incredible, and I’m so glad we found Dr. Wegner!
They are very good with animals I went in to make a appt for the kids a d said had a opening in 20 minutes a d good them in.
Best place to take your pets to in the area
Just moved here from OKLAHOMA, Bonnie and Clyde loved it here..staff is very nice and facility is clean and comfortable.
Worst bet experience of my life. Extremely rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! Tried charging me when they didnt even have a diagnosis for my puppy!
