I had a excellent experience with all the staff and Dr Wegner. I was staying with my daughter and my dog got sick I called Dr Wegner office they took information and the Dr that takes care of him and got his history and also at U of I animal clinic that he went to in Sept for problems and medication to follow. Dr Wegner saw his history and did some labs because she detected a possible problem they were all normal. She tried a medication change. I love the staff at South Creek. Finally moved from VCA County West to be back with the original staff of County West. Me and my babies missed you guys!!! Glad to be back.
Our dog needed eyelid surgery for entropion. Dr. Wegner took great care of him and he is back to his old self!
I bring both of my dogs to South Creek & love their practice. All the staff genuinely cares about my dogs & Dr Wegner goes out of her way to make sure my dogs are taken care of.
Everybody was very nice and knowledgeable. I went there with my beagle and my German Shepherd they were very accommodating. I would strongly recommend this animal hospital because it seemed more like home. Big John at Bobb Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM 🎯
Recently took my dog there for a chronic ear infection after doing a new treatment we have found out that has not worked like we had hoped they gave me several other options and are very adamant about finding out what is causing her infections. There for her right now eligible the staff is very kind and very good with my dog prices are about average with other veterinarians that I've been to glad to see that they're in town and I will continue to take my dog there.
The people here are the most amazing group of people I have ever encountered at a vets office...wouldn't trust "my babies" to anyone else!!!
