Hopefully my review will support additional ethics and compliance training : Although I am not a physician, I work in clinical research and healthcare compliance with extensive experience in FDA-regulated environments. As a military spouse, I was assigned to receive maternity care through this hospital system while stationed in Missouri. Despite the hospital’s Magnet status, my experience throughout prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum was deeply concerning. My labor and delivery (May 3rd) was as smooth and easy going as you could imagine for a first time mom. Special thank you to Dr. LeMon, and my day time nurse Savannah and her assistant, Kaylee. You guys were absolutely amazing!! I was so sad my OB (Weis) was not on call when I went in but so thankful Dr. LeMon took great care of me and my baby girl! 🤍

Front desk service was terrible. I overhead one of the desk employees complaining about having to open the doors constantly. Several were just standing around doing nothing. Then I heard her comment that “they don’t know how to stay inside “. What’s up with that? Blonde, hair up, best get her gone or I will be filing a complaint.

I went in on march 28th, I was in severe pain. Back contractions, pelvic pressure and overall not feeling well. They had me hooked up maybe 10 mins before they came in and said nothing was wrong. Dr said it was “normal pregnancy pain”. (I’m 33 weeks). I went to another hospital little bit later, I was in fact in preterm labor and not okay. Worse care I’ve ever seen. Didn’t even take the time to take a history or anything.

As a momma with a previous loss at 12 weeks, naturally you have some pregnancy anxiety. I came into triage LD twice while pregnant, once for BP (left on meds), and once for decreased movement (around 32 weeks). Both times I seen the same doc, and RN. I definitely felt the second time, I was a bother more than anything. Sometimes you can just sense the energy in the room, and it just didn't feel gen... read more
