whoever picks up the phone really needs to be retrained on their attitude and knowledge.
I just moved here from another state. It was my first visit today. The doctor was impatient. I wanted to explain my situation, but she didn't listen. I am wondering if she doesn't like me or doesn't like my insurance. Waiting for 1 hour for just 5' with that doctor!!! So I was scared to take the medicine she gave. I know it spends a lot of money, times and effort to be a doctor, but in any work you do should put your heart in it
The doctor office referred me to the hospital for an ultrasound on April 6 (after that they scheduled may 18 to tell me the results) i except the doctor office would tell me the results within a week (not a 43 days later)

The Nurse Mei is extremely rude when answering the phone. She is impatient and has a horrible attitude to the patient either for the test result or scheduling inquire. I would recommend South Cove to start recording the calls and see how their employees are talking to the patients on the phone and access for quality.
