so slow. waste of time . check in was easy waiting room just to be seen very long then waiting is very long so slowww
Dr. Gross took care of an urgent medical issue for our family in August 2017. While the care from the doctor and nurse were excellent, the follow up has been sorely lacking. After calling, emailing and sending Facebook messages multiple times, and receiving promises to follow up, we are still awaiting our detailed billing statement so we can make a claim against our insurance. Waiting over 8 months to get a bill is unacceptable.
This been the worst docs office ever, from the reception to the doc and this WAS my pcp for years. Today, the receptionist smirked while sipping coffee and said "you know Dr. Gross, she comes in whenever she wants. Don't expect her till around 10." This is not the first time I had an appt for 9, and the doc didn't even step in the building till AFTER 10!! I am now with a new, professional doc!
I am a primary care patient. I love Diane. But to the reception staff you need a lot of help. I was seen on 9/25/14 for possible gallbladder issue I was instructed to go for an ultrasound which I did on 9/26/14. After leaving my ultrasound the lady there told me they would have the results on the next day. Well we are now more than a day in and I have been given the run around.
