Waste of my time. Reception is bad and doctor is even worst. Find another doctor!
I set up two appointments. Showed up and on one visit was told that doctor Parke was unavailable and I could see the physician assistant. Second time doctor was not there. In both cases they told me that they had called and let messages. I could not find any text or voice mail from the doctor's office.
The most frustrating office experience: spending more than two hours in the waiting area. They don't respond to phone calls, are extremely slow, and appear unconcerned.
Phone calls go to an overseas call center. They don't have any understanding of which doctors have which special area of expertise. Advised me to make an appointment and then ask that doctor who I should make an appointment with.
This office is very slow, expect to get seen 1 hour after your appointment time.
