Awful experience for my husband! He was referred to the wrong doctor by the staff at this office. When we went to find out what happened, we were dismissed very rudely. These kinds of mistakes are unacceptable and they was no compassion or apology. The office manager is rude and literally closed the glass window in my face as I was speaking. They need to make sure that these mistakes don't happen because it dan cost the patient their life!
Dr. Tolman acted as if he didn’t have time to really explain things or prepare properly for appointments. He had a scan ordered and never even looked at it before surgery. The scan clearly indicated an issue he had talked About, a artery, running across the urter. He advised him improperly in the hospital, causing complications; and his follow up was no bettter. Dr Chris Tallman is a very qualified, caring and experienced doctor. After 20 years with another urologist, Dr Tallman provided excellent care, guidance and outstanding communication not only through a kidney stone procedure but provided a amazing result with another procedure and got me off the medication. His office may be busy, but it is due to the high demand and great care they provide. He provided his cell number for follow up and questions and I would highly recommend him.
While the care I’ve received has been Ok so far, it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone at the desk regarding an urgent issue with the labs the DOCTOR ORDERED because they have some BS AI answering system. ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!
