Dr. Tolman acted as if he didn’t have time to really explain things or prepare properly for appointments. He had a scan ordered and never even looked at it before surgery. The scan clearly indicated an issue he had talked About, a artery, running across the urter. He advised him improperly in the hospital, causing complications; and his follow up was no bettter. Dr Chris Tallman is a very qualified, caring and experienced doctor. After 20 years with another urologist, Dr Tallman provided excellent care, guidance and outstanding communication not only through a kidney stone procedure but provided a amazing result with another procedure and got me off the medication. His office may be busy, but it is due to the high demand and great care they provide. He provided his cell number for follow up and questions and I would highly recommend him.
While the care I’ve received has been Ok so far, it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone at the desk regarding an urgent issue with the labs the DOCTOR ORDERED because they have some BS AI answering system. ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!
Dr Tallman is very kind and treated my farther straight away when he has a problem and took good care of him. The staff were all very professional. The office is busy and you feel that you are in good hands. Easy to find and good parking. The al robot that answers for the front office works well and I found it better than a human.
You can’t reach the office they gave AI taking messages and no one ever gets back to me. Aldo called the service which informed me they don’t take messages. I don’t get it ? Thus is gross negligence it’s horrific! I’m still trying for a call back but now I’m changing urologist this is unacceptable
