Awful medical group that gets most of their patients through referrals from the hospital. They do not respond to phone calls, voicemails, or urgent messages. My husband had to go to the ER because the drs here just would not reply to message after message. We tried reaching them multiple times, spoke to a PA and were told the dr would be calling back soon. They never responded. Doctor is great the staff is is awful. They scheduled a telemed, and they never mentioned that the doctor will be out all day they had me waiting. Anthony from dr Guptas office was super rude to collect the copay. I had an appointment that no one told me I had a copay as I am writing I am in pain. They did not care. So because it’s Friday they close early they don’t care if you are in pain. So they canceled when I said please do not cancel because I need to see a doctor and they canceled the appointment. Awful experience for my husband! He was referred to the wrong doctor by the staff at this office. When we went to find out what happened, we were dismissed very rudely. These kinds of mistakes are unacceptable and they was no compassion or apology. The office manager is rude and literally closed the glass window in my face as I was speaking. They need to make sure that these mistakes don't happen because it dan cost the patient their life!

Dr. Tolman acted as if he didn’t have time to really explain things or prepare properly for appointments. He had a scan ordered and never even looked at it before surgery. The scan clearly indicated an issue he had talked About, a artery, running across the urter. He advised him improperly in the hospital, causing complications; and his follow up was no bettter.
