Javier is one of the worst and most incompetent individuals to ever be put in a leadership role. Horrible manager, no wonder this clinic has some serious problems keeping their good staff.
I have had two successful surgeries here. Dr Graham did my rotator cuff and it was very successful. No more pain and total range of motion. He has an office there .Dr Sharoun Parat uses this place as his surgery facility.He repaired my damaged meniscus. Both Doctors are awesome. The surgical staff was so professional, kind, friendly and caring from the front desk to the nurses and surgical assistants!!!! The office does not answer the phone and when they do, they are super short and rude. I was waiting for authorization for an MRI and eventually had to leave after two hours because even the hospital could not get ahold of them! The nurse at the hospital said that this is not their only complaint of this office and to tell my referring physician to request another office. They cancelled two of my appointments that I requested time off work for the day of with the reason of "scheduling conflicts" after I waited weeks for the... read more
I have been a patient here for years. The doctors are great IF you can get to see them. The phone service and the office staff are THE WORST. When you call there is no way to speak with a human. The most you can do is get off being “on hold” by requesting a callback to schedule an appointment or leave a voice message for other requests and wait for a callback. Do not expect a callback that day or even the next day. Just HORRIBLE customer service.
I am very thankful to Dr. Aminian for getting me in for so quickly to repair my triple fracture on my ankle after my fall. 5 weeks in, recovering beautifully. Thank you for putting my ankle back together 🙏
