I purchased a used a car a few years ago. I thought the was fine until I had an accident a last month. I thought the car to collision place and I ended up discovering that where the hit had previously been repaired. I was absolutely dumbfounded and experiencing buyers remorse. Please do your due diligence and bring someone that look at the car thoroughly.

This dealership is currently doing a $8,500 mark up / market adjustment for their vechicles. No need to pay this since other local Lexus dealerships in the area are selling at MSRP with no mark up or market adjustment such as Longo, Cerritos or San Diego.

They will over charge you on Basics like a Oil Change your batter off taking it to a standard oil change shop and labor per hour here is more than what your Dentist would charge you ouch take your business else where.

I just found out that this dealer/service Dept. Sold my 81 yr old mother who has onset dementia a $300 oil change (adding whatever unnecessary thing they could think of) and found a part to "fix" for $550. I see the $295 parts online for $30-60. I'd ask how they can sleep at night, but they're obviously OK with it in the pursuit of the almighty dollar. BEWARE...
