I had the opportunity to visit South County Health's new urgent care facility on Post Road in Westerly, as a patient today. As a past employee with high expectations I can say that my experience exceeded all my expectations. Well done.
Before, during and after my surgery and stay in November, I found the staff to be professional, accessible, empathetic, helpful and without fault. Dr. Marchand and his staff, as well as the hospital services in general, were the best I had ever experienced. Due to their dedication,expertise and professionalism, my outcome was excellent. I highly recommend.
I would not tell any of my family members to ever go to The South County Hospital because I have been to this hospital twice and both experiences were terrible. The only reason I went there twice was because I was taken there by rescue.
